InPower provides the following functions for monitoring equipment:
• Direct connectivity from personal computers to PowerCommand generator set control, transmission control and system control; For more information about supported devices, see the Technical Details TAB.
• Connect to multiple controls via power supply or modem.
• Allows monitored devices to send alert messages to connected computers.
• Configurable units of measurement and user access levels (read-only, read/change values, administrator).
Adjust almost all of the adjustment parameters within the connected control system, including voltage and frequency levels, gain, protection setpoints, and other values.
• Easy programming with configurable inputs in the controller.
• View device history, fault codes, and data related to fault codes.
• Generate monitoring data reports
• Allows published firmware upgrades for generator set control power commands.
• Plot key parameters in bar chart format and export the data to third-party software tools for manipulation and viewing.
• Simulate failure conditions in the generator set control unit according to NFPA 110 requirements to demonstrate the functionality of the controller and monitoring equipment in the facility.
